All Uffora orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping

Free shipping on all orders. No exceptions.

Cancellations

No cancellations once the order is placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming. Make sure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order. Uffora is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Lost / Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact us at uffora194@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with our courier partner and update you within 48 hours.

Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at uffora194@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will resolve it promptly.

• We only ship within India.

• Cash on delivery(COD) and prepaid payment options are available.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

• Uffora is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
