• You received a damaged product

How to Raise an Exchange Request

Email us at uffora194@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or video of the product showing the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Important Notes

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Shipping for exchange will be covered by Uffora.
